These Terms govern your use of the Bag It Boutique Site and orders placed with us. By using the Site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
Store and eligibility
The Site serves customers purchasing for personal use in Jordan. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be able to enter into a purchase agreement.
Products
We aim to present product names, descriptions, colours, dimensions, materials, authenticity information and images accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor visual differences. Availability is limited to the inventory confirmed by the Site.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Jordanian dinars (JOD). The checkout summary shows merchandise, any valid discount, delivery fee and final total before submission. Cash on Delivery is the currently available payment method unless the checkout expressly shows another enabled method.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting checkout creates a pending order request. An order is accepted only after Bag It Boutique reviews and confirms it. We may contact you to verify order or delivery information and may decline an order affected by an evident error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or inability to deliver.
Delivery
Delivery availability and fees are calculated from the delivery location selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customer availability, address accuracy, carrier conditions and events outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a pending order. Returns and exchanges are subject to the eligibility, timing and condition requirements communicated by Bag It Boutique. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Bag It Credit and promotions
Coupons and promotions are subject to their displayed conditions. Bag It Credit is governed by the separate Bag It Credit Terms. Credit has no cash value and authenticated customer identity may be required to earn or use it.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy or exploit Site content in violation of applicable rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bag It Boutique is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order. Questions may be sent through the published Bag It Boutique contact channel.
